A charitable and blingy event!
There is nothing better than getting all gussied up for a night of dinner, music, and dancing, but when it’s for a good cause, it’s even better! Georgia Mountains Hospice and WoodmenLife’s Richard York cordially invite you to the Denim and Diamonds event on Saturday, August 18th from 6:30pm to 11pm at Willow Creek Falls Vineyard. So, throw on your favorite pair of blue jeans, your best boots, and your most stunning bling and come out for a fun and charitable evening!
Willow Creek Falls Vineyard is beautifully situated along Cherry Log Creek in Blue Ridge. Their on-site chef, Robert Rudolph, will prepare a delicious dinner for you to enjoy and beer and wine selections are included with your ticket. Entertainment will be provided by Shannon York, a local musician. You will be delighted with her acoustic performance and she’ll even do some DJing to get the dance floor hopping! Don’t miss the Silent Auction table for some fantastic items like a Mercier’s Gift Basket, golf rounds at Old Toccoa Farm, and gift certificates from Downtown Blue Ridge restaurants and shops.
Proceeds of the event benefit Georgia Mountains Hospice & WoodmenLife’s Richard York. The Georgia Mountains Hospice provides nursing care, personal care, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietician services, assistance with medical equipment, supplies, and medications. Additionally, they provide emotional and spiritual support, bereavement services, and grief support for Fannin County families. As a life insurance agent with WoodmenLife, Richard York, also assists with retirement planning and financial services. However, his passion is giving back to his community. Through his work at WoodmenLife, Mr. York has been able to donate to the local community by supporting the food pantry, children in need at Fannin County Schools, Georgia Mountains Hospice, and many other well-deserving organizations.
