With over 40 years in the industry, Charlie is quite the resource when it comes to construction and real estate.
Charlie began his career in the housing industry as a contractor. Charlie and his wife, Kristy, have worked hand-in-hand bringing countless visions to life. The husband-and-wife team formed their building company and began their journey in Cobb County, and their passion for real estate has since brought their family through Cherokee, Fannin, & Forsyth, just to name a few. Charlie has completed quite the variety of residential and commercial building projects.
Charlie’s roots brought the family back to the North Georgia Mountains. His family history dates back to the 1800s with relatives having constructed local landmarks such as the Baugh Museum in downtown Blue Ridge and the Mineral Bluff Train Depot. Shortly after moving to Blue Ridge, Charlie decided to expand his horizons by obtaining his real estate license.
Charlie has been able to put his experience to work through numerous building and development ventures. He has had the pleasure of working alongside homeowners to bring their custom plans to life, as well as use his creativity to bring his own visions full circle with building his own homes to sell.
Charlie is extremely detail oriented. Having always focused on the intricate elements of construction like framing, he knows that every part of a real estate transaction is important. He is renowned for his knowledge, proficiency, & determination. He will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
