The 9th Annual Blue Ridge Blues and BBQ Music Festival is an event not to be missed. Festival organizers have worked diligently to make this event even bigger and better than in past years. Craft beer vendors will be on hand and Pit Masters from around the Southeast will be cooking up and serving BBQ so good it will make your tongue jump out and lick the eyebrows right off your head! The musical lineup is equally as impressive. Chris O’Leary, an award-winning musician and producer in the blues music scene, is the headliner of the event along with the soulful sounds of the Men in Blues, Crossroads Band, and Frankie’s Blues Mission.

This family friendly event has a special children’s section for the littles to enjoy and kids 12 and under enter for Free! Adult admission is $12, but you do have a chance to enter the festival for Free by participating in the Blues Crawl on Friday, September 20th. Pick up an Official Blues & BBQ Festival Rack Card from the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce and get your card punched at each of the eight participating restaurants. Not only will you have a great time “crawling” around Blue Ridge, but your fully punched card will get you into Saturday’s event for no charge. Win, win!

So, grab the family and load up the car for a weekend of fun and festivities in the North Georgia Mountains! While you are here, Nathan Fitts & Team would love to show you around.
